About me

Born 1974 in Bad Dürkheim, Germany I discovered my love for art at a young age. 

One of my fascination was landscape photography. I spent hours waiting for the right composition of colors on the horizon to catch the perfect sunrise or sunset on film.

Fascinated by the changing colors and light of the atmosphere, I aim to lay out my emotional responses on canvas and better understand the human condition to which I am bound. I acquired techniques and preferences which I relate directly through my work. Inspired by the atmosphere around me, every painting reflects a set of emotions expressed through colors and forms offering the viewer a visual connection to my mindset. 

I work and paint in Bad Honnef, Germany.
